"New Leisure Activities During Pandemic"
Hello! today I'm going to talk about my flexibility training during quarintine and how I improved pass the months.
I started doing this training of flexibility because of an "Influencer" in instagram called @Mayrabish, she is a circus artist and also a teacher of this skills and knowledge and she started giving flexibility classes via instagram live every day at 8.00pm during pandemic with voluntary contribution. I thought it was a beautiful initiative, so after seeing plenty of her flyers, I decided to train my body and make it a little bit more flexyble. Durind pandemic I was already training my strenght with my swimteam online with zoom classes, but I think it's also really crucial and healthy improving our flexibility to have a good balance and for me it's also a way to relax my muscles and articulations.I've always struggled with shoulder pain and bad posture since my fifteen because of training to much and sitting bad during classes, so because of this new activity in my life I really hope that it can improve my health and relieve my pains, and I have to say that its great to see and feel your improves in diferent cool positions, so I really recommend you to try this activity and also take pictures of your process during the way :)
